A caveman rock I painted for our friend Mark. He does car painting and his trademark is a little caveman, so we gave him this.

It had been around 5 or so years since we visited Custer and it was nice to see progress made on Crazy Horse.

Yeonassky, that looks like smoke bush in need of a pruning.

Maybe so but it's actually quite stunning in person. :-). I see people taking pictures of it all the time :-). They have wound all of the suckers around the main trunk and so are growing it like a fancy hibiscus or other multiple trunked shrubs. I hope they don't trim it too much:-).

Yeonnassky, thanks for the explanation. That is very different and interesting. I would love a closer look.
