Djacob, here's a laugh for you...I thought for some reason both posts were about the same plant! Dhaven suggested RF first in the other post and Don did too....then suggested it in this one too. I am now befuddled....but whilst in that befuddled stupor I still think both are RF... you can also not pay any attention to me at this hour, lol.

Someone suggested juvenile form of some sort of rhaphidophora sp. To me, the leaves look to be opposite, not alternate, which would suggest it is NOT a rhaphidophora, but juvenile plants don't always carry characteristics they would if they were mature. Also, photos can be deceiving. The leaves may be alternate, but tge camera angle may make them look opposite. I'll keep updating with other suggestions, as I receive them.

Only two Heracleum species occur in the British Isles afaik and they are easily distinguished by leaf shape, size and stem colour long before flowering. The jagged leaves and red stem on this one say giant to me.
