Ask the Yard Doctor

You need to do something about this forum!! Either get rid of it - there has been NO "Yard Doctor" since 2011 - or change the ability to be able to post to it. Currently, any new threads to this forum are unable to be answered or responded to because there is no ability to comment or respond!! Even cross posting to other forums is not providing an ability to respond via that route.

I reported this to Houzz customer service several times previously and was summarily dismissed!! And encouraged to post in other gardening forums!! (As if that was some kind of reasonable suggestion or addressed the problem at hand!)

Tell me - what is the point of a discussion forum where questions that are asked cannot be answered????? How is that possibly considered 'good customer service'?
