Ceiling fan, antique light fixtures

We live in a 1920's bungalow with 3 small bedrooms (one was added in 1954, fyi). Originally they all had light fixtures like the one in the attached photo, which is from the 3rd bedroom. We've replaced the light fixtures with ceiling fan kits in the other 2 bedrooms. This 3rd bedroom could really could use a fan, but I'd kind of like to keep the light fixture.

I don't want separate light and fan fixtures from the ceiling. The room is decorated in antiques. There's really not enough floor or table space to accommodate a pedestal or table fan.

I'm looking for creative options for either installing a ceiling fan where this kind of fixture might dangle from the center, OR and alternate type of fan. Suggestions?? Thanks!
