I would first try and contact the manufacturer and see if you can order new inserts for that particular sofa. At least you know they will fit perfectly. You can probably do a google search on the brand name, or call the store where you bought it and have them call the manufacturer for you. You can get foam at craft stores - but it comes in big sheets so you'll need to cut it to match your cushion size. I'd use an electric knife to do it. I had a lady at the craft store tell me to do that once, and I was surprised at how well it worked. If you don't have an electric knife, then use a serrated bread knife. You'll need to wrap the foam in the roll type matting so the fabric doesn't stick to the foam. Definitely a job you can do yourself, but alot of work! You may not be able to find easily foam that is thick enough for cushions. I'd think you'd want at least 4" thick. Upholstry shops can probably get it for you, but would charge probably the same as the manufacturer. I'd first call and see if you can get replacement cushions, and if that's not possible or too expensive, go the DIY route.

Hi Elisha, I'm Neha. I have reproduced your room in a similar layout.A wallpaper behind your sofa can serve as a backdrop and bring in some pattern in the room. You could also use removable ones which are easily available online.Keeping your present wall color in mind, try to create a theme and chose colors that will go well with your wall color. @Jinx to the rescue. Once again.... 👐 :) All of @Jinx' ideas are fantastic. You can go any number of ways. Since you are bringing in two rugs, I still like the idea of keeping it fairly simple on the rugs, and bringing in more pattern possibly in pillows, etc. - as you are going to be using a couple of colors in accessories to tie the scheme together. Plus, with bringing in the two rugs, you are going to have a lot of pattern in the space... So if you do that - make sure you really love that pattern! :). And as I mentioned yesterday, your space already has a lot of texture and movement in the architectural detail. Plus, there is pattern on current drapes. I love @Jinx first picture a lot, with the tan natural fiber looking rug. I found an indoor/outdoor rug that has a similar look, and posted it for another dilemma yesterday. I will find it and post it for you, also. It's a nice option for durability and easy care. 18 grandchildren?! That is incredible. So impressive... I like your new sofas, btw. Personally I am a vegan and don't do real leather pieces, but the color is very nice as is the style on your pieces, and they look to be good quality. And grey and brown absolutely do work together, and imo you do not need orange accents.
