I am looking for the kind of lipstick that is a stain and has no grease in it at all. You use a wand to apply it, and then you add a gloss coating to make it shine. I bought something like this from an Avon-type gal, but I want to find it in the stores, either drug stores or department stores. It is great for not running or smearing. Help!
