Moni, If I'm making something for someone else, or taking an online course, it's easy to keep busy with crafts, etc. Otherwise, have to push myself to find something to do. Was physically active all my life -- then this ol' bod decided to do an internal Dorial Gray. Ha (And one of those important life questions comes to mind: Why is gray sometimes spelled grey??) Was swimming 3 times a week when my first 'attack' of vertigo occurred. Couldn't lift my head to even reach the phone a few inches away. Scary. Unfortunately with Agoraphobia, once you get frightened, you tend to avoid that thing that you figure was the offending trigger. So, mixing a deteriorating body with straight-from-h___ mental processing really puts a crimp in 'living the good life.' Being able to once again drive will help considerably. It's good that you have a passion and that you're able to bike. And I'd dearly love seeing your 'jungle' in person, but the pics will have to suffice. Thanks for sharing. Kat Granlan, Amarillo! Been blessed to have met lots of kt'ers. Nita, husband, Bobby, her daughter, spent two days in my area, and the same week, Donna OH, and sister spent a weekend with me. Then spent few days in OH with Donna and her sister. KT get together here in Al, at LK Grace home, and got kissed by Tadpole in Atlanta with great KT'er's. Spent a week with Gabby, LK Grace, Mexico Beach, FL, at a rented cottage. Linda and I meet often for lunch. Jae, Tennessee, and I had an awesome lunch, years ago. Delightful. Moni calls once in a while :o) Been to Texas, Iowa for KT get together Liz GA and I share the same birthday. Shared an awesome cruise, two in fact with Carole SW Fl Know I am not including lots others, I've met and proud to know I've met so many. I just finished A Man Called Ove. For the first half, I just wasn't sure about it. Sometimes a day would go by and I wouldn't pick it up. A supreme curmudgeon who is bound to commit suicide surrounded by a cast of madcap neighbors?!! I might have set it aside if I'd had something else to read at that very moment. I'm glad I stuck with it. The writing is really good and I love stories of ordinary people where small gestures and actions can change them and others around them. I had a good little cry at the end. Next up: Song of Achilles.
