Beige/white spots on Fiddle Leaf Fig

I recently was given a Fiddle Leaf Fig and it was doing pretty well until I left for vacation for 1 week. I had watered it just before and when I got back there were brown spots on it. I can’t tell if this was from over watering but I’ve been consistent and letting the pot dry out or is it sunburn? Then recently it started getting these white/beige/yellow spots? I have no clue what these are..can anyone help? Also, am I supposed to remove the dark brown dead little “leafs” on the street?

Overall I feel like the fiddle looks healthy? The leafs aren’t too droopy and none are falling off?

1. Brown spots - overwatering or sunburn?

2. White/beige/yellow spots - what is this and how do I fix?

3. Dark brown dead little “leafs” - Do I remove these to help promote new leaf growth??

HELP PLEASE!! I’m new to house plants :(
