Oh not yet! The doors are all hanging in the garage--waiting for their second coat! Let's just say that is quite a sight! I'm not putting any final coats on the cabinet frames inside until after the old counter is ripped out and the template is done. This should hopefully be next week. My main reason for this is because my teenagers can't seem to resist walking near the "forbidden area" in the kitchen. I think the sink is a magnet. There really is no reason to go near the cabinets since they are empty--but they just walk past the barrier I set up. I was a nervous wreck while the primer was drying! So once the sink is gone, maybe they will stay back! I can't wait to post some pictures--well hopefully it will look nice enough to share pictures! Paintpanther--what are you doing for your backsplash? I really want to do dark chocolate brown, but not sure if that will be okay or not. "Too much like a tunnel" according to the tile "expert" at the showroom. And of course I am afraid of matching the cabinets due to the future "mellowing" of the paint. Too many choices.

I said on another post that i think Cloud White is highy underrated. I find it to be milky, but not creamy. More of a warmer white, not too stark, but not yellowish. They probably wiuld bith work with the colors you selected. I have cloud white with SW Contented and BM Carrington Beige and it works well with both. To my eye, white dove looks more creamy (yellow) in samples than it does in pics of people's cabinets. BM also lists them as coordinating colors. Your best bet is peobably to get large paped samples or sample pots of both to look at in the space once the floors are installed and cabinets are installed. Maybe one will jump out as the right one, but they will probably both work.

I do not like a yellow cast to whites and make sure before choosing any white you have all bulbs in LED 4000K or you will get that yellow cast for sure. You need to get some poster boards paint them with 2 coats of the colors you think will work then move them around on all the walls ans ee how they look in your space

I think Simply White can go both ways, so that is a good pick, depending upon what furnishings you have and what your light is coming into your room. Chantilly Lace and Decorator White and Ice Mist are cooler I think. And then there is always the white primer! If you have a traditional Spanish home, does that mean you have a lot of wood, maybe cast iron, maybe saltillo tile? Simply White would go very nicely with the warmth of dark wood floors and doors, and deeply colored upholstered or leather furniture. In an all white kitchen, think if you want everything the exact same paint. You do want a little depth. If not a different color for the trim, try a different sheen. (For the fingerprints, if nothing else, I am a messy cook!)
