Need help for the living room

Anita Howell

Our living room is based around a navy blue leather rocker recliner that our 14 year old son, who has very involved Cerebral Palsy , fell in love with. The flooring that is going in is below. What color do you all recommend for the walls for a cheery, happy room? We would also like to add a padded ottoman because it would be great for doing some PT activities. I have zero interior design talent.

Anita, give the Home Decorating forum a try. There are a lot more people who read that than are here.

Interior design is so very personal. In my house, I'd add a colorful oriental-style rug that has navy in it, light colored walls and emphasis artwork. But that's me. Try to post a picture of the room in Home Decorating and get a lot of help there.
