Encore Azalea problems

shemmy98

So I have 5 encore azaleas. 4 Embers and 1 Moonlight. All were planted about 4.5 years ago, save 1 Ember which was replaced after not surviving the first winter.

The Moonlight has bloomed normally, but the Embers have never really bloomed. Having no more than 3-4 blooms all growing season. The plants themselves looked healthy and I never pruned them, but they simply weren't blooming.

This past fall all four Embers bloomed great (you can see two of them in the picture, the one not blooming is the Moonlight), but subsequently all four lost all their leaves during the winter (second picture). Now only 1 single plant shows any signs of growth. Should I wait it out or should I just accept it and replant?
