Bright Yellow Flowers W/Narrow Leaves?

What are these ~quarter-sized, bright yellow flowers with narrow, toothed leaves? It looks a bit like Physaria gracilis, but that has puffier, smooth leaves..

Could it be one of the Oenothera that used to be Calylophus like Oenothera serrulatus?

Most likely it is a cultivar of Aechmea blanchetiana with more yellow than orange foliage, it can vary depend on cultivar and amount of sunlight it gets, as well as time of year.

Well, here's some more updated pics. The leaf margins are actually not smooth, but with a few points. (Full res) (Full res)This doesn't match Atriplex littoralis then - which has smooth leaf edges. They would seem to match Wax Myrtle leaves more in that regard - except Wax Myrtle leaves seem a bit wider, glossier, and harder? And I also haven't ever noticed any flowers on these before?

My guess would be Calylophus berlandieri. Especially considering the location. Mine are just starting to bud up. Also called yellow sundrops. They also come with black centers in some populations. Did they go change that name . Someone should tell LBJ Wildflower Center. I hate when they do that.
