Vegetable production generally requires higher counts for NPK than pasture use, and trace minerals may be more critical, and pH is likely the area you need to focus on first. If you are a true nerd than a subsequent test for vegetable production is a no-brainer, but so is the addition of well-aged compost. To me the middle ground would be to incorporate a generous amount of compost into the area you plan to garden, provided the other parameters are reasonable, and then do a second test in late October to determine how best to deal with the subsequent season. pH determines the availability of many nutrients to the plants, if that is way out of whack, it won't make much difference what your NPK readings are, but good compost should help to regulate that as well.

SEER is an "average" rating that for a specific climate year round and is equal to the BTUH (for cooling is the tonnage*12000) output of the device divided by the watts of input required to produce it.For example, if you have 1 ton and you consume 800 watts, the instantaneous SEER is 12000*1/800=15 COP is the ratio of the the cooling output BTUH divided by the input in BTUH equivalent. Taking the previous example, the 800 watts would be converted to the equivalent 800*3.413= 2730BTUH and the COP for that example is: 12000*1/2730=4.4
