Yumtomatoes, My eyes and my mouth suggest to me that all the tomatoes on one plant may not be GENETICALLY IDENTICAL!!! Furthermore, I have saved and kept segregated seed from two tomatoes sourced from the same plant. These were planted in rows side by side the next spring. There were observable differences in row to row performance, as well as plant to plant performance in the same row. Of course, there is the rare chance one or both could have been externally cross pollinated--not very likely. On only one occasion have I gone to the trouble of bagging a blossom cluster before they opened, then saved the seed for future use. Though I did not do side by side row comparisons from seed collected from more than one tomato I did see plant to plant variation from single tomato sourced seed. I have a suspicion that there are trivial genetic variations in all seed from the same fruit and major variations between some of the seeds. I can't otherwise account for what I have observed.

The baffles run vertically. You push the top into the groove, then push it up further (It feels spring loaded) until you can push the bottom back into its' groove. Then release and it should seat easily. I've not done this on a 30", only 36 and 48. They have a filler strip between the baffles that has to be lined up and installed the same way. I've run into trouble by pushing the top too far back to start (behind its intended groove). Check to make sure the top's in its slot when you start. It gets easier after you've done it a time or two. Hope that helps.

How wide is your cooktop/range? How deep are the hoods? If both hoods are at least 24" deep, then If your cooktop/range is 30" wide, then the 36" hood will be fine. If your cooktop/range is wider than 30", then I would go with the 48" hood It's always best (regardless of your cooking fuel or cooking style) to go with a hood at least 6" wider than your cooking surface and 24" deep.

For legal relief there must be willful and intentional misrepresentation, which is fraud and hard to prove, so the OP still has a chance and boils down to what the seller knew and when the seller knew it. But in Georgia if the buyer is the first to discover an error or issue it's a no go in court. If she does prevail in a court what options for relief do you suppose will be offered? A percentage of the purchase price refunded equal to the square footage she was shorted? Rescinding the purchase completely and losing her dream lot? Who pays the attorney and court fees? I don't know, (which is also a valid answer in Georgia in real estate), so maybe you know bry. FWIW, there wasn't anything unethical what loudermilk did, and I'd do the same thing to find the information related to the property in question. We don't even know if the OP lives in Georgia, or even North America. We only know the property is someplace in a county in Georgia and violates nothing and means nothing.
