Tomato seeds got too hot!

I sowed some tomato seeds yesterday.

Apparently, my heat mat is a little too powerful, (or the grow light is pushing the temp even higher) because I measured the media temperature at 101°F in one tray, and 98 in the other. Ambient grow area temp is 75 when the grow light is on, 61 when off.

I’ve read a temperature over 95°F can be detrimental. Does this mean my seeds could be dead, or do I have a decent shot at germination if I simply cool them down a bit?
