While it is true that the EPA RRP Rule does not apply to homeowners working on their own home, there are still the health problems associated with lead poisoning for you and your family. There is also the problem when you go to sell your home, one of the documents you have to fill out as a seller is a lead disclosure form. I'm not a Realtor but I've been told by many Realtors that it's very difficult to sell a home that has been renovated, repaired, or painted without following the EPA RRP Rule. Another option on the covering is to lathe and stucco the house. My own house had lead paint on two sides. It also had very little insulation so we opted to place 2" foam board on the house, lathe and stucco. The lead paint is behind all of that so will only present a problem if someone decides to add a window or door!

I don't have an answer for you but suggestions of how you might work to an answer. Some paint manufacturers have an app on their website where one can upload a picture of their house and try out different colors. When I tried this before it didn't work perfectly so that I ended up with a gorgeous finish rendering, but it worked enough to get me in the ballpark of understanding what a given color would look like on the house. If the mfg. you're using doesn't have such an app, use another manufactures as if you're working with generic colors. Even if you can't buy samples of the actual product, you could have sample paints mixed up to replicate the same finish colors very inexpensively, and do sample boards that you can view in front of your house, from a distance. I do a lot of visualizing using MS Paint and would experiment with it. If you could get a sample of the applied color that is large enough to see in a photo of your house, you could use the tools in Paint to replicate and hand draw that color into the areas in question. If you place the sample color in front of your house and photograph it with the same camera that you photograph the house with, that would be one way of getting it so that you could use it in Paint.

If you have enough moisture on the brick, the paint will probably fail prematurely. I am assuming that section is a garage, which might make it colder and also encourage moss to grow. There are some solutions that help prevent regrowth that can be added to the power wash. Anyway, as nice as brick homes can look right after they're painted, it isn't worth the upkeep in the long run. Besides, your brick is good looking as is. Getting the right color on the gable section and the trim will be your best bet. Think about a creamy color instead of bright white. One red brick house change their trim from white to cream and the house looked so good. You would never think such a minor detail would make such a difference. A gable roof is like this /\.
