I feel your pain! For the last hour I have been trying to register on line for a form. I actually got to the point of submitting the request. Three times it came back saying the "first name contained invalid characters". I typed the name exactly as it was on the bill from the company, but it still wouldn't let me register. After the third time, a message appeared, "We cannot accommodate your request. Please try again at a later time." ARRGGHH! Blue, at least you got to speak with human beings!!! :>(

hmmm...I see phoggie isn't getting the follow-up replies emailed to her. I wanted to mention to her that she wasn't set up to receive emails via GW anyway...ie no Member Page email link. albert_135 , So did you ever get your email unstuck? What I have seen often happen to others, is that they were trying to change their email address to one that was already in use, thus had problems because that address was assigned to another member name.

At the top of the page, above the big "GardenWeb" is a "Welcome! YOUR PROFILE or LOG OUT" Click on YOUR PROFILE and it will ask you to log in again, and then will present your profile, which includes your email address, for editing.
