All I Wanted to do was Change my Address

I wanted to change my address with Aetna. I must have been on the phone for 30 minutes at least! And there was no place to change it on line or I would have.

First, you wait until a person is available, then you give your member number, then your birth date and than you wait again. Then you give the information again to a person, then they want me to put my husband on the line (he's the retiree), then they transfer me to another person, then she takes the information again, then they finally change my address!

How did it get this complicated?
