Shoji White and Collonade Gray trim help

Hi everyone,

I just bought a house and am super excited to redecorate. The previous owners painted everything (walls, trim, doors) heavy cream. It’s like living in a bowl of French vanilla Ice Cream lol. Every painter we’ve talked to upcharges for Benjamin Moore, though, so we’re trying to stick to Sherwin Williams.

All of the main rooms get strong Northern light with a tiny bit of Eastern and Western thrown in. Our floors are a light reddish oak and the stairs are stained mahogany. We’re thinking Collonade Gray for the majority of the open floor plan and Shoji White for the Western light filled 2-story stairway entry. What color trim will look best with those 2 colors? I should also mention that the entry has beadboard about 1/4 of the wall that would be the same color as the trim.

Pure White? West Highland White? Some SW version of Simply White?

This community is so helpful! I have seriously read nearly every thread I could find on both Shoji White and Collonade Gray separately. I would greatly appreciate any advice or photos you could share!
