Raynaud's people, how's it going?

I don't have wood heat this winter for the first time, so my downstairs is more evenly heated. But my upstairs isn't heated at all. I'm hardly ever upstairs during the day, so it doesn't matter a whole lot. The biggest difference for me is that I'm spending a fortune on heating oil!

I'm also spending more on disposable hand/body warmers, but they help a lot. New to me this year is

Hot Hands Body & Hand Super Warmer

I open one every morning and put it in my pocket. By the time I go to bed it's still a little warm. The fingers of my right hand are swollen and covered with sores, one of them open, but without that warmer (which I switch from hand to hand during the day) they'd be a lot worse. I still use disposable adhesive foot warmers on my socks every day. I'm a big fan.

North dwellers, how's your Raynaud's doing?
