Raynaud's people, how are you doing so far?
Comments (14)Alisande, I never heard of the connection either. How it happened is for years I have had c-spine injury and was seeing multiple specialists trying to find one that would do the surgery on c2 and more. One surgeon wanted me to do the carpal tunnel surgery first to see if it would ease some of my numb arm problems, he also told me he thought it would help my pain by 80 percent and may even help my Raynauds by allowing proper circulation to flow...it sure did. I had it done on my left hand planning to do the right one day, but it helped so much I left it alone. 2years later I did find a surgeon to work on my spine...I feel wonderful now. I had my c-spine surgery almost a year ago....See MoreHaven't started yet people - Check in here; How's it going
Comments (50)This is where I am at, DH seeÂs us remodeling kitchen in three or more years and I see us remodeling our kitchen in the next year or earlier. So, Right now I am more in the process of elimination as far as cabinet brands go. Many earlier brands have been eliminated due to size issues as in I want and need deeper and taller wall cabinets and prefer little to no fillers. Also, cost has been a big factor. I have a basic idea of layout but need help in changing the nook area and windows. Some appliances will be reused but we will replace refrigerator with the kichenaid 42" built-in French door paneled and replace the microwave with the adventium. I have the countertop narrowed down to three or four and know exactly what I want for the backsplash, still unsure of wall splash behind stove though. The kitchen sink has been narrowed down to two choices and cab hardware to three. I know what I want for lighting but havenÂt found exactly the right one, I will know it when I see it. Still tossing around the idea of wood range hood verses stainless. The doors of my dreams are simple $$$applied moulding but with most likely end up with nice raised panel for style of home. Husband thinks I spend way too much time thinking of and planning for the kitchen....See MoreRaynaud's syndome
Comments (13)It's just so random. It's my right index finger and it truly feels like a dead person's finger. When I touch it from bottom to top I feel absolutely nothing. All nine others fingers are pink and this one is purplish white. Right now it's normal but that could change in a minute. I've even had it in the summer if I'm searching around a frozen food case in the grocery store. >>Susan..where do you get toastie toes? Another question. What is the best kind of sock to buy. 100% wool? I usually wear heavy low cut cotton socks, but for winter, I'll need to change this. It's weird when I take a bath my toes are pure white and then when they hit the warm water they turn purplish black and then pink up. I've never had sores but it gets worse every year so that'll probably next. I was diagnosed with FM in 1990 but didn't have this till about five years ago....See MoreHow Low Can People Go??
