Cost for basement toilet?

Want to turn a spare room in the basement into a bathroom - toilet and sink only, no shower. I don't think it's going to be inexpensive because we're on a septic system and it's my understanding special sewage pumps have to be installed - does anyone have a rough idea of what that might cost (in the midwest)? We do have running water down there, there is a large utility sink on the other side of the wall of the proposed bathroom, and that uses a pump to pump it up and out, but not a sewage pump. Not sure if that makes a difference. Does much concrete need to be broken up if pumping up and out? DH can do the cosmetics (tile floor, trim, paint) - just trying to get a rough ballpark for the toilet and sink/faucet install.
