When you say ivory, I picture a yellow undertone. It's not a typical hue to use with carrara, which is white and gray. I would use a solid white or gray quartz countertop with a marble floor and shower, but those colors might not work with ivory. Do you have a photo of the vanity or the color chip?

The ivory color is a white ivory, and vanity and kitchen cabinets actually take on a hue to what ever tile or paint color they are paired with. This is a photo of a vanity or neighbor has chosen in there small guest half bath.

To my eye they should have used a softer white for the countertop. You'd be safer using a gray countertop than to try to match the whites in your floor tile, vanity, and countertop.

We have a marble look porcelain shower with light gray 12x24 bathroom tile on the floor. Our vanity has a granite that has browns, grays & whites in it. I have no idea of the name. Take your samples to a fabricator & ask about remnants. Fabricators around us have TONS of remnants that are big enough for vanities.

My daughter used marble look porcelain tiles in her hall bathroom. Her vanity color was called pearl but it actually is a light grey. For her countertop she found a remnant of Hanstone Quartz called Black Pear.

Since your vanity looks whiter you might want to use a medium grey. Your walls could then be a lighter grey.

They have one with a little sparkle in it called Minera with this description: “Luminous shades of gunmetal, steel and pewter sparkle like precious metals taken from the Minera Mines in the mystical land of Wales”.

Here is one more of the many out there that might work. Cambria’s website says it’s “intriguing design is a fascinating study in contrasts as blacks and whites meld together to form a remarkably complex shade of gray”. It’s called Talbot Gray.
