Replacing Flourescent Bulbs Question

For the past several years we've used 4 foot, 2 bulb, Fluorescent fixtures to get our seeds (Tomato & Daylily) up and growing until we can move them out into the garden. Each fixture holds 1 4100K and 1 3000K bulb. We'd read that this is a pretty close approximation to the light you'd get under a "grow" light at a reduced cost. It has worked well. We thought we should replace the bulbs this year. In addition to the same K bulbs we've used I'm seeing one at 6500 K marked as "Daylight". Would this "K" be better than the bulbs we currently use or should we stick with the "K" combination we've been using?

TIA
