Thanks Marcy! Another great trade.
Comments (17)Just wanted to add my thanks to Marcy and her husband and everyone else who participated in the plant swap. As always I took home more than I brought, or at least I felt I took home better things than I brought, and I ate more than I needed to eat and enjoyed every single bite, almost making myself sick over those sinfully delicious oysters. I want that apple dumpling recipe, too, but neglected to exchange my name with the person who brought them. Is it too late? Please email me if you see this. Rose, I hope you found your plants, and I was VERY pleased with the ones you left for me. Were all 4 tomatoes the same, Burbank slicing? Are those determinate or indeterminate? I'm finally beginning to remember some names put together with faces, and that's really nice. I hope we keep on doing this for a long time, and just want to say I really appreciate knowing this group of gardeners. You all are great!...See MoreHi everyone!! My name's Callie...
Comments (44)Oh, the memories of puppyhood! Isn't it wonderful how they can fall in love with their new family in an instant, and vice versa? Love those chubby little legs and the pink 'piggies'. If she's anything like my three, she'll worm her way into someone's bed soon, because they're such wonderful cuddlers, and then that's it! It's a three dog night every night, but I wouldn't change a thing. She looks like the consummate Good Girl! More pics - LOTS more, please?...See MoreHi! My Name is Marcy!
Comments (100)I haven't been here in forever because I can never figure out how to get here unless I get an e-mail notice of a new post... But guess what??? Number 4 nest hatched yesterday!!!! In August!!! Unheard of! 3 of 4 eggs hatched. The weather has been way better than normal for this time of year. I was sure the eggs would cook. And the 10 day forecast never gets above the 80's. So they just might have a chance! Trying as always not to get too excited!...See MoreHi! My Name is Marcy!
