JA, I find this hard to believe. I have been dealing with them for several years and others here have been dealing with them much longer. and I haven't received any notice yet. Did this come to your inbox or promotions or spam?

I went to their Facebook page and there is nothing said about this so I would be very careful if I were you on what I clicked on. In fact, I'd take a picture of the email and then delete it from your computer, you never know!!

Who was it signed from, Paul and Daphne?? It sounds like a scam to me but we'll certainly let you know if any of the rest of us receive this notice.

I just reread your email and are you copying it verbatim because there are several grammatical errors in this email that I don't think they would make....I'm suspicious.

Several years ago they wouldn't send to the U.S, because of problems with shipping but they were still mailing all over Europe.

Yes, I don't shop from them, but I looked at their site and Facebook and nothing was there about an end date. Always, with any site, exit and go to the site on your own and ask any questions. The scammers are getting so much better, I don't use any e-mail, I just take it as a reminder and go to the site on my own. If it is real, they will know about it.

there was a promo code for 10 % : FINAL17-18 , I think it is a true email

So, would it just be for this season 2017-2018 and then they will be back selling hippeastrum next season or are they all through with hippeastrum, I don't know if I believe it!!! (yet...)

Donna - the email was signed Paul.

I didn't click on any links in the email and went to their site separately - which didn't have the same message and made me even more suspicious.

The email I got did have their logo but the language and something else about it made me suspicious that it was spam.

However as someone else noted the code in the email does work for percentage off.

Based on the wording of the email - which I pasted directly here, it wasn't clear if they were just done for this winter (17/18) or if they were done for the rest of 2018 as well.

the other thing in the email which made me think they may be closed indefinitely is the below:

"Our friends at World Love Flowers will keep you informed when Royal Colors will open its doors again. Sign up now and stay informed!World Love Flowers also keeps you informed of all Amaryllis events in the world."

Isn't it also strange that some of us got the email and others that have been buying from them presumably for years didn't?

I just checked Royal Color's website and everyone of their offerings is now "sold out"???? Yesterday most of them were still available.

I got this mail too and it looked like one of their normal newsletters? I was also wondering what might have happened...

Hello everyone - I got a reply back from them saying they are closed until Fall of 2018 !

From Paul..."There has been some major changes for us with shipping outside EU. Therefore we have to change a lot of things and have decides to closing sales already for this season."

I got the email while in the hospital. I never questioned the content.
