Please help - USB drive won't work
Comments (3)I have two of the exact readers that you have pictured Randy. My computer will not recognize them. I have a SD card plugged in, the computer knows I have plugged one it, (makes a chime) but it does not show up. When I click on Drive F or Drive G (depending on which port I am plugged into) it says PLEAE INSERT DISK INTO DRIVE F: or G: The card(s) works fine (in other readers) and the USB ports work fine. I can put a different type reader in the drive with the same card - no problem - but these blue readers don't work. I have tried them in 4 other computers, just to make sure it wasn't mine. I have the older USB, but the readers didn't work in 2.0 ports on other computers either. I thought maybe it was 2.0 compatibilty issues. I got my readers free with cards I had purchased on eBay. The cards work fine - so I just chalked it up to faulty readers....See Morehelp! why won't heater work?
Comments (6)The heater has been operational since last October. We used the spa aout five times since then, including ionce last weekend. But we had a big rainstorm (lots of water and lightning, but not much debris in the pool) a few days ago and I wondered if maybe that affected the heater....See MoreAnother newbie problem and my Brain won't work
Comments (4)If you cut it in half and seam it, it will be 54 x 84. That's only 2" short and if your fabric was cut generously, maybe even bigger. So, if you cut it 56", the other piece would be 52". Just put a 4" piece from that extra side bit and then sew them together down the middle. That 4" piece would end up close to the binding and wouldn't even show. Just my two cents....See MoreWhy won't my light bulb work? (T5 circline)
Comments (7)The light works now. All the bulbs worked, so it was obviously the ballast, which I replaced. However the wires were too short, and I used an orange connector to combine each pair of them. The orange and the black electrical tape show through the milk glass shade. Besides finding white connectors and getting rid of the electrical tape, how else can I make the wiring more invisible? The 4 ballast wires are yellow and red, and they don't show that much. The instructions had a picture with a more linear connector that matched the red and yellow wires. Where can I get those and what are they called? Can I attach the wires to the top of the fixture so they don't show through the shade as much? How should I do that?...See More- 6 years agolast modified: 6 years ago
