Comments (41)> If this is so wide spread & bad, why has it not been linked to disease? Simple. Because it's a multi billion (if not more) dollar racket with Big Ag and Big Pharma being in bed together. And some are even one and the same (Bayer creates both ag-cides and meds). Think about this...how many prescription meds do you or someone in your household take? How often do you take over-the-counter meds for allergies, headaches, etc.? The list of side effects from GMOs and all the Ag chemicals used on our foods is very, very long. The toxins slowly build up in our bodies creating diseases that come on gradually and are chronic. They are not designed to kill us outright, as that would be self-defeating (if you are dead, that is profit lost). But the longer you suffer from discomfort and disease, the more money you will spend on meds and/or going to the doctor in order to try and feel better...and that's more money that you are putting in their pockets. Lets face it...if even half of the U.S. population was truly healthy, this nation would be more broke than it already is. And that can't be allowed to happen. Now you might "think" you are healthy, but in reality if you are taking meds on a pretty regular basis for any reason (even if it's just over-the-counter), then you are NOT healthy, you are not at ease. In other words...disease....See MoreIs Stanley furniture made in the USA?
Comments (27)I, too, bought a Stanley bedroom set. It was delivered 12/18/15. The dresser had a crack on the back, a label that said, "Made in Vietnam." This was replaced over 3 months later by the store. The headboard had streaks in 3 places, the chest has a blister bubble on the 1st large drawer, both of these pieces are still waiting to be corrected by the store. I am now over 4 months and waiting to be made whole, as the store required a full payment upon delivery. They keep on dragging this on, so not only is the furniture defective, but the customer service is lacking, as well. I only bought this brand because of the reputation, had I known I was getting outsourced product, I would never have bought from them....See MoreBuild Direct files for Bankruptcy protection

Comments (3)Never heard of those brands. For what it's worth, none of those floors are handscraped. It's done by machine and it looks like it. Real handscraped wood is subtle and beautiful, even when painted. It reflects light with a barely discernible shimmer as you move. This is a coarse, crude, mass produced shallow imitation of the real thing. OTOH, these at no worse than any other mass-market company's "handscraped" floors. So......See Moremillworkman
