Do you put your best seeds on your tradelist?
Comments (19)Well, I have a problem as I cant type for long at a time, so NO not even half of my seeds are on the list..and then I had them all come in all around the same time..so now that I am sowing some..the ones that are left overs I will have my daughter add to my list. If I see someone is posting for something, I will also look at their want list..and offer to make a larger trade, or just offer the seeds I have that are on their list. I have a hard time keeping up with the list, so If someone has something I am looking for, I ask them to look at my list, and try and add some seeds in the email that I have on their want list. A few months ago I sent out over 500 packs of seeds..I feel that if I get back just a few seeds of something I REALLY want..it is worth it. I have had a lot of people tell me they keep a stash of seeds not listed, to use for trades they see they might really want.. I think if I have something, I am always willing to share..and I have always been careful not to ask for a rare group of seeds, and offer real common seeds back..if I know I dont have a good offer, Ill ask if they will accept plant tags, or something I think might be worth the more "rare" seed....See MoreHave: Update Tradelist, let's trade!

Comments (7)i just picked up a box of fabric where someone was starting a quilt and apparently abandoned it, I measure at least the possibility of 8 pieces 8 x 21 in brown florals, and some other pieces that I assume would be used for backing or edging and the pattern plus a block that was almost completed, pinned together but not sewn. Some of the material is brand new, still rolled with the original measuring label on it. Could I trade you that for seeds of edibles and marigolds and zinnias? Let me know at mamahack@hotmail.com....See Morehave: have updated tradelist lots to trade
Comments (0)Hi Everyone! I've finally finished updating my tradelists. I have 665 types of seeds, several plants, books, rocks/minerals, etc. I'm looking for a variety of things. We just moved to Colorado and had to leave behind hundreds of plants. Our new property is barren but has great soil. I'd like to find: Seeds: Daylilies (especially species and unusual forms and colours, but anything would be great!), roses, any Heirloom veggies (such as tomato, pepper, winter squashes, etc) and heirloom and native plant & wildflower seeds. native to the Colorado region or zone 5. **Bulbs: Daylilies (again, looking for species, and unusual forms/colours, but anything will help!) , Iris' any kind, Daffs, Tulips, alliums, etc. Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you, Erylyn...See MoreCarol
