Everyone, is correct, behind the artemesia is silver dollar eucalyptus. I was surprised it didn't suffer through our freezes (again, NW of Houston) and has really taken off this year, This one, I think, I got up at the ARE in Independence. I have another one that was supposed to be a dwarf or miniature I purchased at Mercer March Mart, but I don't like it's color or form nearly as well in the landscape. You can see it just poking in from the left in the same picture. It's smaller leaves make it more versatile in flower arranging though... As far as the trellis system is concerned: any system you use will require vigilence/maintenence once you have several hundred pounds of pressure pulling on the anchors and whatever connects them. I'm still bully on the Tumax product, because, if they come loose, I can always reapply more of the caulk/silicone/compound and stick it back up... I'll certainly report when I start having problems...

I ran across this website and noticed that some of the furniture is identical to those showing on the Horchow / Neiman Marcus websites. Of course the collection names are different. For instance, the Charleston collection on Horchow appears to be the American Drew / Jessica McClintock collection on this website. I recently purchased a king sleigh bed that needed to be "centered" in the room under a window. The matching night stands were much too wide to fit. I ordered the bed, dresser, and chest, hoping to eventually find night stands that would look good with the bed. The same week the bed was delivered, I was walking thru Target of all places and there were my "matching" night stands. Are they high quality? Probably not. Do they look good and are they well made? Sure. In fact, they are the exact same stain (cherry/expresso) and look like they came with the "suite". They have a small drawer, bottom ledge - just perfect for my needs. They were priced $89, on sale for $69, but look high-end. Plus those babies were assembled and you know when you pay $69 for a piece of new furniture, you at least expect to have to assemble! They hold a lamp, alarm clock, tissues quite well! Check Target, Overstock, JCP, Just do a search for side table, phone table, accent tables. Look at wrought iron, glass, wood - lots of possibilities. Tuesday

I show my guests the pocket door that creates a private suite for them, closing the hall to their bedroom and bathroom. No one has ever used it. I guess they don't mind if someone happens to be in the other part of the hall when they are taking the 4 steps from their bedroom into their bathroom. I thought it was the best idea ever but I'm the only one impressed with it. Some day I might switch bedrooms just so I can shut that door and justify its installation.
