street parked lightly used car battery slowing/draining?

not sure if this is the site to post but i've been using my car less and less but still need to keep it ( paid off, for emergencies). its a 2009 nissan cube.

i use it for short distances ( driving a senior 2 miles each way) about 1-2 x week. i've noticed it starting up slower lately.

i've looked into a battery tender but it needs to be plugged in- unfortunately, i street park in an urban environment, no charger or plug nearby.

portable battery chargers are for dead batteries and/or will damage battery/alternator in the long run? can i use it on a slow battery????

is there a minimum number of miles to drive vs time to recharge the battery? it takes at least 20 minutes to go 2 miles here and i've added errands inbetween to lengthen the drive time and miles but it doesn't feel juiced like it used to.
