Comments (2)Yes, that happens in my garden too. I have a bush of Cl American Beauty, which is a once bloomer and blooms in April/May here, and it has a bloom on it! My banksia lutea also has a few blooms on it. I think it happens in warm climates with really long growing seasons. Jackie...See MoreSweet Autumn Clematis and other Fall Flowering
Comments (5)Sweet Autumn, not as spectacular a photo this season. I found a New way to use my pesky Maple tree this season. My Huldine(spelling) clematis is blooming now. I know it's a late bloomer but it was added this spring, not sure if this is too late for it. SA dies back to the ground here, I do find a new seedling every year but I do remove them, I have three of these in my garden and they do smell good. SherrySherry...See MoreEverything is flowering! Hard to tell from the picture, but you likely have an A. ferox or a hybrid of one. The Aloe with the plants growing out of the side will need closer inspection. Some Aloes reproduce in this manner. If the plants look normal then you are fine. If the plants have warty looking or discolored strange growth, then this could be a sign of Aloe mite as Stefan has indicated. In any case, it is ok to wait and see a little while. Definitely, I would wait on the 1st plant....See MoreFred Biasella
