Call a local plumbing supply store that sells ss sinks and ask? I saw products in a local one I haven't seen elsewhere (for example, to remove scratches from ss sinks) so they might have something. Good luck!

Update - we have had our create "ledge" sink installed for a little less than a week. So far - I LOVE it. I purchased the cutting board that sits on the ledge and so far have enjoyed being able to cut right at the sink and then swish into the disposal. We have it hooked up to an Insinkerator evolution excel disposal with no problems. I have noticed that the drain is a little smaller than in our previous sink (a Shaws Farmhouse) but that isn't an issue. The only thing I am having trouble with is getting use to the sink grid. I have never used one before - but I feel like the small food bits get stuck underneath and I spend more time than necessary chasing them down the drain. I think long term I will most likely remove the grid - but want to give myself to get used to it.

I'm looking for one large under-mounted stainless steel bowl. (We are taking out a two-bowl sink which completely did not work for us). Any sense of how a Kohler would stack up against a Kraus?

The only problem I've read about with the Create Good Sinks drain assembly is that the parts that are normally on top of the drain are underneath instead and can collect mold. You may need to find a special way to clean underneath where the drain is. Accessories with any workstation sink are great to have, so feel free to order as many as you feel you could use or have room to store. I'm not familiar with the quality of accessories of Create Good Sinks in particular. This company was previously selling sinks under the name Seamless Sinks and moved production to the United States briefly a few years ago but as of 2019 is producing in China once again after having quality issues with US-based production. Create Good Sinks claimed to me in a private email that the stainless steel they order for their Chinese production isn't recycled, but their public-facing advertising isn't clear on that or on the purity of the metal. Therefore, you may need to take extra precaution against rust due to the uncertainty of the metal's origin and purity. Havens Metal, Rachiele and Julien are all producers of sinks with more transparently stated sources of 100% non-recycled stainless steel that has a high level of purity and is more resistant to rust than many offshore-produced brands. You won't beat the price of Create Good Sinks, though. I don't think you can get an apron-front from this company which is nice to have if you're using it as a workstation sink since you can get a little closer to the work area with an apron front. Also, if you're ordering many accessories and have room for anything larger than a 33", consider going larger. You'll find that to leave a cutting board or strainer in the sink, a 42" or even more will give you extra room to wash on one side and keep accessories like a strainer, cutting board or drying rack on the other side.
