Comments (4)For now I would just cut it off short (2'-3') and then after the gardening season deal with them with either a weed killer, or covering them or digging them out. btw...the berries are not edible. Comments (9)Looks like a variety of spurge to me. I hate this stuff. A problem with this stuff is that it is a perennial, plus it produces lots and lots of seeds that remain in the soil for years sometimes before sprouting. It loves bare soil....See Moreepw0946
