Anyone use Floor and Decor Luxury Vinyl tile ?

We are looking for a DIY waterproof vinyl tile for our basement and have noticed floor and decor has several nice looking options such as Duralux and NuCore. Has anyone had any experience with either of these products?

What type of water proof are you looking for? Are you looking for SURFACE water proof (like stepping out of a shower, or coming in from the pool while dripping wet) or are you looking for something that will withstand FLOODING??? That is to say, standing water (1 inch to 6feet of water) sitting in your basement for a few weeks.

I have used Karndean loose lay vinyl floor planks with good success. No adhesive and very easy to cut with a simple box cutter. It's not cheap, but when you remove the installation cost you would have had to have paid someone to install a regular flooring product, I thought the pricing was okay. A lot of colors to choose from and it looks great, no one thinks it's vinyl.

I have used LVP for clients (not my first recommendation). Of the two you posted, I like the second choice. It has a realistic look, and it doesn’t have a pinky undertone that I see in the Cortec. Also, just noticed it has a cork backing. Ask if it helps muffle noise. B.M Alexandra Beige possibly could be a nice compliment.
