Succulent Help - Seaside Weather!

Kaysha Madison ZONE 2b & ZONE 16

Hello everyone!
I am attending a university located in Seaside, California and I have a majority of my succulents/cacti with me! I am wondering if this is a good climate for them seeing how it is cloudy majority of the time! Will my succulents die from a lack of sunlight? I keep them in a bright windowsill where the sun is directly on them from about 1pm-7pm when it is actually out and not covered by the clouds but that is only SOMETIMES. They seem to be fine now, and according to the "zones" (Monterey/Seaside is 16), this place is ideal for plants, but I am worried my pants will die or stretch due to lack of sun. Are my succulents able to absorb sun despite clouds? Please let me know what I can do to keep my plants healthy and if I should be worried or not!

Thank you!
