I used Lightolier on several exterior locations and used their lensed trim as lightguy stated. The trim or housing spec should indicate whether the light is damp rated. As a further suggestion, I would add a photo-sensor to the exterior lighting circuit, so the lights would turn off automatically in the daylight. Wish I did when my wiring was exposed.

The housing appears to be rated for IC and wet locations so would be appropriate for this use. You'll have to test whether the CREE LED lamp fits in the housing/trim that you intend to use. Unfortunately, these things have a rep for being a bit oversized and not fitting in all housings.

Favorite go-to exterior color plan is to pull the color from the mortar for the body of the house - or as close to matching the mortar color as you can get. It's neutral and guaranteed to work with what you've got. For the trim, tell your painter/paint mixer person that you want the same mortar-inspired body color **BUT** several shades lighter or darker - your choice. I'd probably go lighter. It's simple, I know, but it's easy for anybody to execute and you end up with curb appeal that's tasteful, cohesive and pulled together.

Where do you live? Those were kind of a short lived item here and we've not seen them on new houses in a decade or so except for those used as a recessed yard spot that's aimed out in to the yard. USAI will likely give you the best light quality and control.
