show me your sink in your bar
Comments (0)I am thinking about puting my sink in my bar, but I want my bar to be one level. That would mean no back splash for the sink. Good or bad idea? I thought I had posted earlier, but can not find it, I'm hoping it did not post, because it said "island" instead of "bar". Sorry for the goof. :)...See MoreShow me pics of your mixed hardware in your bathroom please!
Comments (12)ummm, I haven't any. I put up bn look command hooks for the wet towels on the face of the shower as a temporary measure until I could decide on what to get. I only have one place (in that huge bathroom) where I could hang a bar, but the area ended up being a few inches narrower than I thought and am worried about it (a bar) encroaching on the space where the toilet is. I've got my eye on the tp holder that matches the faucets. It's brushed nickel and since it would be on a painted wall, i think it would look better than the orb. But can't commit until I decide about a towel bar for sure and the matching towel bar sets out too far from the wall for that space. So I am pretending that someday I'll figure it out - until then the tp sits on the back of the toilet. I am the only user, so it's fine....See MoreShow me your bar stools! PLEASE!
Comments (26)My first criterion for choosing stools was comfort, sturdiness, and good back support as I sit on them while doing my major prep. Then they had to "make a statement" and work with the rest of the kitchen visually. I believe they were about $290 each online; they list at about $500. (I don't know if I ever told DH what I paid, but my machinist BIL was very impressed with their quality, so he may actually have a clue!) Comments (2)We also have the Franke Orca in the main island. Our coffee bar has an Elkay round 14" Undermount Single Bowl Stainless Steel Sink with 18-Gauge, 6" Bowl Depth. This was the largest sink we could accomodate. Slightly bigger would have been slightly better. Hope this helps....See Morejohnsoro25
