Comments (6):) Great one! It's so Lilo et al. My most recent one is of spring memories (soft spring rains and pink petals blowing). Or wishes. Dunno which! See how you live in the moment? It's nice. You are my "today aspiration"....See MoreAlmost Spring (a short poem)
Comments (5)Went to a local lake the other day and saw a pair of Pelicans, Mallards, Mergansers, about 40 Canada Geese, Wood ducks, Cormorants, lots of Gulls and some domestic Ducks and Geese that People had dropped off. People were feeding them bread and getting quite an audience. Like your poem Lilo guess spring is in the air, You will likely see the Canada geese flying over or perhaps stopping for a bit soon. Finally, I got the rabbits to stay away from my veggies (also inside the 6' cedar fence). I see lots of them on my early morning walks. I wish that we had some coyotes to take care of those rascals.
