I like that RH light but it's a little too rustic for our space. I'm also considering this light for over my dining room table (which is open to our kitchen that will have two pendants). We have vaulted ceilings that are 17 feet in height at the top so I need a fixture that can work on sloped ceilings. I am not sure if a Sputnik is going to work in my space, but this fixture can, and our architect is pushing this fixture for our space. It's a little more contemporary and less MCM than I'd like (and definitely pricier than some of the others we're looking at), but I'm sort of digging it. What do you guys think? The table is the Midcentury expandable dining table from Westelm. The chairs were from Wayfair. The exact model has been discontinued but you can still find similar ones there.

if you have a child in Soccer, how about going fun. Wayfair.com this rug also comes in a Runner. I prefer pendant lights that are enclosed (don't like looking at a bare bulb) A color would be fun ... you only have children in your home for a short time, make the place fun for them... and you. It's a home, not a showroom. Your table is nice, some modern chairs, metal or painted wood will be fresh with a traditional table. Simple Grommet Drapery panels on the windows. Potterybarn.com has some great indoor/outdoor grommet panels WASHABLE in three neutral colors.
