Hi. I royally screwed up my gmail . Very. I went with a new cell phone company. My old phone number is on gw/houzz because as soon as your phone number is changed you do not have contact with old number listed in gmail. I also forgot my gmail password. Screwed. I cannot get a 'verification code' sent to me now cuz it would be sent to old number. I also cannot change my email on Houzz/GW because I have to sign in to current gmail to do that it seems. I tried 'edit snail's but keeps reverting back to current gmail- Which as I said I do not remember p.s./old phone number. I do not want to lose any of the many 'save to ideabook' pictures as I want the builder (new home to be built in next year or so). How can I contact a management person - especially Houzz? Only way I am able to see vs/Houzz not is because I am always signed in. Thank you.

Top right of the main page of the Kt is the 3 stacked bars menu icon, click I, scroll down to company, click it find contact us, good luck. I can not stress enough how important it is to have a secure place to write down all your important passwords! I really just don't get it.

You should have also had an alternative email address that Gmail would send that information to what about that?

I tried to do some changing, got message error, so will wait now, I see nothing except to allow members to contact me, and even checking that, nothing happens, at least it didn't at this time. Will try and check in later. thanks folks, maybe cuz I am tired been gone all day, can't sleep, too darn tired, but I did message emma back, cuz her site showed I could. Still don't see where she clicked to arrange that.

Houzz has nothing to do with fixing anything. They do allow you to find a local Kitchen Designer though.

There have been glitches. The other day a few of us couldn't post at all. Emily is the monitor. I am not sure how to contact her. Hopefully, others will know. In the meantime, maybe try a shout out to her on a new thread?

Following on the thread in the Computers section, and consistent with ravencajun's comment, after you set up a new email address you can set up a new Houzz/Gardenweb user account. With both you'll need to use a different name but that's not a big deal. Good luck
