On the surface, that sounds like a deal....but...hummm....I would want to see all model numbers and price...furnace, condenser, Trane evap coil-no substitute...on the furnace, I assume the 100 K XV80 to get the 5 ton blower...you do want a pleated filter media cabinet...see what dealer recommends on thermostat...I would want HW Prestige 2.0 for furnace staging and DOD feature...if you are getting good pricing, I would ask about upgrade pricing to XR16 and 2 stage XR17... IMO

Unless you flowers are blooming at the same time as something else, you really don't need to worry about clashing, and only white flowers will be a bit washed out looking. In shade, I like all white, but in sun I enjoy having some color to stand out in the bright light. H. paniculatas like Bobo or Little Lime won't be really early bloomers - probably the first or second week of July where you are. Both will start lime to white, but will eventually turn some shade of pink. Bobo is smaller; LL may get to 5 feet which seems a bit large for the area to my eye. There are some low, mounding spireas with white flowers and green or gold foliage. You can check out whether boxwood or evergreen rhododendrons, might be appropriate for your area - I don't know what your soil is like. There are several smaller Weigela, but none have white flowers; they range from very pale pink to a deep, bright pink. Caryopteris Sunshine Blue has done well for me, with bright gold foliage that is as ornamental as flowers to my eye, though the blue flowers happen in August and September. Campfire rose gets good reviews from other gardeners though it isn't white. There's a thread on the perennials forum and another on the far north forum about Campfire. Or you can look at some of the other low-growing shrub roses that have been bred for healthy foliage. Check out the Pavement series, or the OSO Easy series or the Knockout roses. (I haven't grown any of them except OSO Easy Paprika which is new this year.) Some of them have white flowers. I think you probably should have some plants with a different shapes both of the plant as a whole and of the foliage, so Iike Gardenweed's Siberian iris suggestion. Japanese iris will extend the season. I also would add a nonagressive groundcover such as Veronica Georgia Blue or even a Geranium such as Rozanne, a very long blue bloomer which while not a groundcover will fan out to fill space.

Is it from about the mid 1980's? I did a ton of research when we remodeled ours a couple of years ago. The thing is that you need an adaptor to get the new one to work (so that the holes line up correctly). These are just my notes that I kept-- Adaptor 145058; changes from 2&7 to 5&7 so moentrol valve will work. I called Moen--they have great customer service. I bought the adaptor on Amazon for about $10 and the new one worked with no problems.

These guys Blaine Window Hardware would be about the only guys to have the parts. If they do not, you will be S.O.L unfortunately.
