looks like a florist conglomeration of plants that may not thrive together ... with the netting.. i cant tell if its in a pot that drains ... my impression is that you have a plant that might not mind it somewhat dry .. the palm ... and others that will like it wetter ... if my guess is correct.. you might want to break it apart and repot towards the goal of matching plants with needs ... and if in fact it is a florist plant ... it might easily come apart ... since they may have just jammed it altogether for sale ... rather recently ... ken
