Help needed! Commercial herbicide killing all plants and even trees!

I previously would use a homemade all natural brew to kill weeds along yard edge and garden beds. My dumb-dumb roommate brought home some commercial all vegetation killer and without diluting, attempted to do the same thing. (His only yard chore is mowing) I lost several trees, plants, and a good 12 inches of grass along the dye of my entire yard last year.

Now, a full season later, i fear it has traveled INTO my garden beds and even into my neighbors yard.

My question is... Is there anything I can do to save the plants that are just now showing damage? includes Lillie's, spireas, daisies, hostas, yews, and sedum.

They were fine until this month and the newly planted lilacs and hydrangeas seem to be fairy well. Guessing their roots haven't traveled low enough, yet?

I fear my neighbors Bradford pear is done for :(
