Can someone help me correct this? I have a HP Pavilion 17 Notebook with Windows 10 Home. I did an update on Windows and now this appears every time I start up my computer.

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I did google this and found a download fix, but it still keeps popping up. The program wants me to sign up and I don't want to do that.
