Could be damage as Kara suggested, but watch it closely since I see some on top of the leave too. Are the spots soft? These plump leaves could have been squished by other plants/pots in the store. If damage, it should dry over like a scab. It needs to be in well draining potting mix, and container with drainage. Your cache pot is very tight-fitting, it doesn't help with drainage and air circulation. I also think you could be Crassula 'Springtime'.

It's a beatiful Echeveria of some type

Darer plant is Echeveria purpusorum. Cacti/succulent soil may not be draining as well as it is suggested - most ppl using it straight from the bag have suggested that it contains too much peat. Adding lots of sifted perlite usually helps some. They will like great light, but should be acclimatize to make sure they don't get sunburn.
