Seems there are many that look like this, but Hackberry comes to mind. I treated it as a weed tree on my acres, but it is persistent.

Thank you very much! I'm glad to know what it is. Now to look and see if it has a flower or berries. If it is like the Jack in the Pulpits I have, they may be very short till late summer or early fall.
