Properly insulate block walls in central FL.

Del McMillen

Just trying to figure out the proper order of materials so as to avoid an interior moisture problem.

I have been reading about this specific topic for days now and have yet to find any truly uncontested processes to accomplish my goal.

Our intent is to achieve r18-r20 exterior walls with all insulation on the interior.

Here is my material layout:

Latex paint - Stucco - Block - 1" Unfaced Rigid Foam Insulation - Unfaced Fibreglass Insulation - Drywall - Latex paint

Would this work for a Central FL application?
