Lovely looking plants :) Funny how it's so similar to this thread, even the plants lol. I could give only some advice but I think it would be better not to do anything with the plants until your ready with everything at hand from the suggestions from others here that know a lot more than me. First thing I'd do is to get some pots that have large drainage holes. You might be advised to get one a bit bigger for the bottom right one. You'll definitely be told/advised to get a pot for the one in the glass. Also the mix advised above is what probably most here use. Half cactus and Succulent potting mix and half perlite, but the Perlite needs to be sieved or rinsed first. Both can be bought at garden centres and places like that. I hope it all goes well for you and your lovely plants :)

It's in a pot too large and potted way too low. Not sure if it can recover but you can try. It should be in a very small pot--not sure what size because it's hard to tell scale--but maybe a 2" pot, plastic or terra cotta. It needs commercial cactus & succulent soil mixed 50/50 with perlite or pumice from the nursery, home depot or wherever you shop. This will make a nice, fast draining soil. It needs to be potted way higher than it is in that pot. See, the side of the pot shades it too much. After repotting, keep it out of the sun and don't water for a day or so. Gradually introduce to a sunny location.

It is very small to correctly ID. Was it always so small? If not, do you have 'before' photo? In 4 mo, it should be quite a bit bigger. What I can tell you for sure, it needs to be repotted into much better substrate; in a clean pot (same one is most likely plenty enough in size but needs/should be washed thoroughly); pot should have drainage holes (I am assuming this one does); pot should be filled with mix much higher so plant is not lost inside of it (not helpful for few reasons); and it needs plenty of sun. If you are able and willing to make these changes - plant will grow and soon could be ID-ed. Btw, all improvements I pointed out would apply for growing almost all succulents, regardless proper names:)

Of the 100s and 100s of babies, I saved these bulbils - just put the end slightly in the ground and let it do its thing. I tried to get some healthy replacements for the plant that bloomed, and I tried to get any with unusual marking - quite heavily variegated, all green, bi-color. And I potted up over 50 of them to root. (and there's another flat that is missing) The albino bulbils didn't grow, as expected. Highly variegated plants were much slower to grow and they have been slowly reverting to marginated form. The highly variegated coloring is not stable in most cases. I gave a lot of babies to friends, many to the local parks, and we posted a notice on Next Door for folks to come get the babies if they wanted them. These are some of the 20+ babies that were around the bottom of the plant. They are pretty large and my neighbors laid claim to most of those! LOL
