Looking for Giant Comb for Wild Grasses

westes Zone 9b California SF Bay(Zone 9a)

I have some wild grasses that are overgrown in a container. Is there a comb made for plants that I could use to help cut them back? Think along the lines of what a barber does when cutting human hair.

In gardening terms, 'combs' are usually referred to as rakes :-)) Hand rakes are invaluable in the garden and especially useful for combing through evergreen ornamental grasses to remove old dead blades and clean up the plant. (nitrile palmed garden gloves will accomplish the same thing on smaller grasses - just use your hands as the comb). If not an evergreen grass, then cutting back completely each spring is the recommended approach.

Try the dog comb that looks like a small rake.
