I've been manually pollinating them.. it gets some decent wind where I'm at.. and the temps haven't been hot at all. Between 75-85 every day for weeks now. Some of the flowers look sterile, like sometimes i'll manually pollinate them and i can see pollen coming off the flower, sometimes nothing comes off. It's in a pot so it does sit in between some other peppers..

Not necessarily roof shingles but roll roofing or metal roofing should be there for certain as it is technically a roof. Use vinyl siding maybe instead of the T1-11 being sure to deal with the sidewalk and the sheathing so the new sheathing will not rot from water splashing and wicking as well.

Drapes are going to block a lot of your light. Doesn't look like you have much room to stack them of off the glass. What are you trying to achieve? I had a similar set up in my previous house, but the outside "windows" were single doors. I had room to put a nice full panel at either end and not have it block the glass/light. For sun/heat control I had door mounted Hunter Douglas Duette shades (with bottom-up/top-down option).
